The operating module is aimed at fire / security services that, once received the alarm from the business devices, notify it through a touchscreen inside Alert Management, selecting the areas affected by the alarm and setting its level.

The Alarm notification (including the all-clear or its change of level) is made by sending an email to users and to the competent institutions. The users, once received the notification, may acquire further information about the event by accessing to the consultation form of the Alert Management (using tablets, PCs and smartphones) in real time where is represented the area affected by the alarms starting from the general map of the whole industrial site enlarging the affected area until achieving the detail of the alarmed area.

It also allows the viewing on large screen located on the most critical sectors (collection/evacuation centers) of the site map with alarms status in real time, in order to provide always the vision of the progress of the events.
